I wanted to make an outfit with the blue puff sleeve top without the puffs. This is also one of the better matches for this skirt I think.
I originally wanted the overcoat to be the "snow embrace", or even the yellow evolved version (that i still dont have yet) but it has clipping issues esp. when the arms are raised or moved. so heres this i guess.
