This is a private school inspired style, with a twst! This would be the type of character who comes from money and goes to a prestigious school, but manages to use her knowledge of the dress code to just barely bend the rules without breakign them! A "rebel" within the rules. (Don't ask me why she looks like a sim in the last pic, I wanted a full-body direct shot and couldn't fix how it looked, so went with it).
