I made this outfit back the beginning of my playthrough and loved it too much. The hair accessories and handbag are 4 stars but you can get the handbag in 1.5 free gift and the hair piece I don't know to be honest you don't really need it. its cute either way.
You can but most of these stuff in florawish when you meet nanoy and meet the vendor that sells them.
And I want to document all my outfits I do since I'm running out if custom look slots....oops
