Based on an OC of mine, a chunnibyou type whose alter ego is Astaroth, Great Duke of Hell. Her actual name is Amy. She does not wear an eyepatch, that was more for flavour.
She is also a magical girl, where the theme is constellations- hence the stars in the outfit.
