Seamripper is a counterpart created by Weaver, a more evil-aligned character to balance out their sibling Mender.
Seamripper was meant to tear certain threads in the tapestry of fate and allow Mender to fix them, this however did not come to pass.
Instead Seamripper meddles with the tapestry of fate and tears it wherever they please, creating chaos and havoc.
