Note if you want to recreate this outfit the Meowie Badge can be a little finicky. It sometimes tries to move up from where it should be and then if you don't have it sometimes the shirt clips through the vest. It took a bit of removing and readding various pieces, like the skirt, until it stuck just right outside of the wardrobe.
